All prices shown on this site are inclusive of VAT at the standard UK rate. Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout and vary depending on the chosen delivery method.
Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. In the unlikely event that goods are unavailable or that we need to vary the price following confirmation of your order, we will notify you by email and give you the opportunity to cancel.
We supply goods only to customers in the United Kingdom. We do not currently ship outside the UK.
We will deliver goods to the delivery address you provide at the time of ordering. All delivery times quoted on this site are estimates only, based on availability and normal processing and delivery times. We do not guarantee delivery within any specific timeframe.
Title to goods passes to you on payment in full. Risk passes to you on delivery.
You have the right to cancel your order and return goods within 14 days of receipt for any reason, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Goods must be returned in their original, unused condition. Unless the goods are faulty or we have made an error, the cost of return postage is your responsibility. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods.
If goods are faulty, we will offer an immediate replacement or full refund, and we will reimburse your reasonable return postage costs. Please contact us by email or telephone before returning any goods so we can advise on the best course of action.
Contracts between you and DP Domestic Spares are governed by English law, and all disputes shall be submitted to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
If any part of these terms and conditions is found to be unenforceable, the validity of the remaining terms shall not be affected.
